A tribute

A special tribute to a very special man.

A man who has touched so many lives.

A man who is missed every single day.

A man who is loved and remembered always.

I am humbled by you Dad.

I appreciate your wisdom, your patience, you ability to be fair.

There was never a question you couldn't answer.

Your knowledge and understanding of every topic was uncanny.

I was and am in awe of you always.

You are wise, understanding.

You always told me you loved me and were proud of me.

Thank you for showing me how to be a good person and 

for always being there for me and others.

We all counted on you. You were our rock, our constant.

You didn't judge and were always willing to listen.

You are a shining example of a wonderful human being.

Generous, steadfast.

I am thankful you were my Dad, my kids Papa.

I pray you are at peace looking down on all of us smiling.

You are with us every single day.

COVID prohibited us from an official celebration of your life.

But know that we celebrate you daily in our way.

I love you so very much.

Ironically your tribute was printed on my birthday.

Just one more way I feel so connected to you.
