Lately, this one is all about scissors. There was no getting around it. Its all he wants to do. He cuts and cuts and cuts paper. I can't tell you how much construction paper we go through on a daily basis. And, if the paper has already been snipped, forget it, he refuses to use it. Only fresh, new paper will do. I finally got smart and pulled out the grocery ads, recent phone book delivered to our door step, retail magazines, and junk mail. He was happy with the change for a few minutes, but after plowing through a plethora of this paper, he was back to the construction paper. Just another phase we're waiting for him to grow out of. In the meantime, it's back to having our recycle chock full of his cutting masterpieces.
